SHIPPING AND RETURNS

UK SHIPPING -

We will aim to ship orders within 3 working days of purchase. We offer two shipping options at check out; Royal mail 48 (aimed 2 working days) and Royal mail 24 (next working day).

EU / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - 

Orders made outside of the UK, including Europe,  are subject to import tax, handling fees etc. This will need to be subsidised directly between the customer and the relevant organisation. Please check fees etc for your relevant country before purchasing

International orders may vary between 5-10 working days depending on which country the item is being shipped to.

EXCHANGES - 

All items can be returned and an exchange will be issued. Returns postage costs are strictly at the cost of the customer.

For a return to be valid, we must receive your returned order back at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery for UK customers, or 21 days of delivery for International customers. All returns conditions must be met to be eligible for a exchange.

Items not received within the above timeframe will not be eligible for an exchange and may incur a charge for returning the goods to the sender.

Boxes can only be returned for a refund if the contents is excessively damaged or stained upon arrival. 

All items can be returned and refunds will be issued. Returns postage costs are strictly at the cost of the customer.

Returns are at our teams discretion and all items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, all our items are laundered before sale, any items not still in the same condition as when dispatched will be rejected.

Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Planet Vintage UK does not take responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our returns department.

*Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

** Customers returning goods from the EU will have the import VAT that was paid on their orders delivery deducted from their refund amount. If customers wish to reclaim this VAT, they will need to do of their own accordance.
